Ambermere Restaurant was opened in 2010 by Fiona Richardson and is situated in one of the regions most historic buildings which has a long and rich history dating back to 1845. With the creative culinary talent of head chef Oliver Roberts they have created a dining experience that reflects the history of Ambermere and the abundance of seasonal local produce from the surrounding region of the Blue Mountains and Central Tablelands.
